The Relationship Layer for Private AI

Own the World’s First Private AI Franchise Solution for Regulated Industries.

You’ve spent 20 years building the relationships. Now monetize them.

Add a turnkey private-AI technical delivery sleeve to the advisory practice and professional network you already have — and build a book of business you own, operate and manage.

Get in the private AI business for yourself, but not by yourself.

Candidate qualification precedes disclosure. Investment, fees, territory terms and required purchases are disclosed only through the Franchise Disclosure Document process.

A senior operator presenting an enterprise architecture strategy on a whiteboard to three executives in a boardroom.
You Sell and manage the relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises in regulated industries.
Your clients Build and own their System of Intelligence.
nBrain Handles the architecture, engineering, implementation, security, infrastructure and ongoing technical production behind it.
Attention

Your Rolodex may be the most
under-monetized asset you own.

If you are a six-figure executive, fractional CXO, former Fortune 500 consultant, professional-services leader or senior B2B advisor, you probably already possess the hardest part of this business.

Trust.

You already know the people who decide.

  • You know business owners.
  • You know CEOs.
  • You understand how operating companies actually make decisions.
  • You know where the bodies are buried inside finance, operations, revenue, technology, compliance and workflow.

And when something important happens, people already call you.

The problem

Most professionals monetize that trust in only a few ways.

  • A salary.
  • A consulting engagement.
  • A fractional retainer.
  • An advisory fee.
  • Another project.
  • Another hour.
nBrain creates another path.
Turn accumulated relationship capital into an owner-operated private-AI business.
Interest

Add a private-AI delivery sleeve
to the practice you already own.

You do not need to become an AI engineer, recruit a software-development team, become a cybersecurity company, or manage developers, infrastructure, integrations and model changes. That is the point of the model.

Your job

Do what accomplished advisors already do well

As an nBrain Managing Partner, you stay in the work that requires trust and judgment.

  • Open the door.
  • Understand the business.
  • Identify the opportunity.
  • Guide the owner.
  • Manage the relationship.
  • Expand the account.
Behind you

nBrain’s centralized technical organization

nBrain handles:

Architecture Engineering AI agents Workflow automation Systems integration Implementation Security Governance Continuity Managed infrastructure Ongoing technical production Intelligence Under Management™
You build the book of business.
We provide the technical engine behind it.
We serve one market

Small and medium-sized enterprises
in regulated industries. Exclusively.

nBrain is not trying to become the AI vendor for every business in America. Our model is designed around established SMEs operating where privacy, governance, security, institutional knowledge and operational consequences matter.

01

Wealth & Financial Services

Sensitive customer information, auditability, fragmented systems and fiduciary environments.

02

Defense & Government Contracting

Controlled information, security requirements and demanding compliance environments.

03

Healthcare & Life Sciences

Protected information, complex workflows and high-consequence operating environments.

04

Legal, Accounting & Professional Services

Businesses where confidential knowledge and institutional memory are central to the product.

05

Oil & Gas Services

Field operations, asset information, maintenance, documentation, safety and operational complexity.

These companies need more than access to another AI model. They need someone they already trust to help them rewire the company around intelligence. That is where the Managing Partner enters.
These are market positioning assumptions, not territorial grants. Territory definition, exclusivity and account-protection terms are disclosed only in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
What you help your clients own

The asset that matters
as intelligence becomes cheap.

The models will change. The software will change. The cost of intelligence will continue to fall. But the unique intelligence inside a company remains proprietary.

  • How it sells.
  • How it prices.
  • How it serves customers.
  • How its best people make decisions.
  • How work actually gets done.
  • What its employees know.
  • How systems interact.
  • What the owner knows that was never written down.

That is not generic AI. That is the operating intelligence of the company.

nBrain helps transform that fragmented knowledge, data, workflows and operating logic into a company-owned System of Intelligence.

The customer is not simply buying software.
They are building an asset.
Diagram: fragmented company knowledge — people, documents, systems, communications, data sources and processes — consolidating into one owned System of Intelligence, producing owned outcomes.
Three parties. Three clear roles.

Everyone owns exactly
what they should.

The client

Owns the intelligence

  • Their data.
  • Their custom code.
  • Their repositories.
  • Their agents.
  • Their workflows.
  • Their institutional knowledge.
  • Their System of Intelligence.
The Managing Partner

Owns the relationship

  • The trust.
  • The executive access.
  • The strategic conversation.
  • The account.
  • The customer journey.
  • The expansion opportunities.
  • The book of business.
nBrain

Owns and operates the infrastructure and production engine

  • The architecture.
  • The engineering.
  • The implementation.
  • The integrations.
  • The security.
  • The governance.
  • The continuity.
  • The technical infrastructure.
  • The ongoing managed production.
Your clients own the asset. You own the relationship. nBrain powers everything behind it.
Status: the customer-IP and contracting philosophy described here is nBrain’s current operating approach. Final contracting rules, IP assignment provisions and Managing Partner authority limits are being converted into definitive agreement language under franchise counsel review.
Why this model exists

Don’t build an AI agency.
Build a relationship business backed by one.

The easiest part of launching an AI consultancy is saying you can help a company with AI. The difficult part starts when the CEO says: “Great. Build it.”

Now you need

An entire technical organization

And somebody accountable for keeping all of it working after launch.

  • Solution architects
  • Engineers and developers
  • Security expertise
  • Integrations and infrastructure
  • Project management and governance
  • Monitoring, support and continuity

That is where independent consultants frequently become trapped. Either they stay small because they personally do everything, or they accidentally build a technical staffing company.

nBrain separates the two functions

You remain the trusted advisor

We become your technical production capability.

  • No engineering department to assemble
  • No security company to become
  • No developers, infrastructure or model changes to manage
  • No delivery bench to carry between engagements
  • No choosing between staying small and staying sane
Your practice becomes more powerful

Especially if you already
operate fractionally.

The Managing Partner model is built to sit on top of a career you have already spent decades building — not to replace it.

For the fractional executive

You may already sit inside several businesses where the AI conversation is happening.

CFOCOOCROCTOCIOCMOStrategic advisor

Your current engagement might monetize your meetings, your advice, your judgment and your personal capacity. nBrain gives you the ability to bring another capability into that relationship.

Instead of only advising the owner about the future of the company, help the owner build the intelligence infrastructure required to operate in that future. And rather than personally assembling the implementation team every time, you bring nBrain with you.

For the former consultant

You already know how to diagnose a company.

You have mapped operating models, interviewed executives, identified bottlenecks, written transformation plans and led change. You have probably watched enormous consulting organizations monetize the relationships you helped create.

Now imagine doing the same work at the lower middle market, with an important difference. This time you own the relationship and the business around it. You originate the account. You remain the strategic Managing Partner. And centralized nBrain delivery fulfills what you sell.

For the experienced executive

Your next professional chapter can be something you own.

You have already spent years building value inside someone else’s enterprise. Perhaps you ran a region, a practice, a sales organization, a function or a division. You earned the salary, maybe the bonus, maybe some equity.

But the network you built came with you. The judgment came with you. The reputation came with you. nBrain gives you a way to turn those assets into an independent business. Not by starting over — by starting with what you already have.

Support Architecture

Every support promise has an owner, an SLA and a system of record.

Support that only exists as prose is not support. nBrain operates a franchisor service catalog in which each service category carries a named owner, a first-response target, a resolution target, required inputs, approval authority and a defined escalation path.

The internal standard is simple: promise → SOP → owner → SLA → system of record → evidence.

  • Deal desk, pricing review and proposal review
  • Architecture, solution and technical scoping review
  • Implementation scheduling and managed intelligence support
  • Information-security, vendor and customer escalation
  • Territory and account conflict resolution
  • Billing, compliance, marketing approval and renewal support

Decision

Is this the business
you’re equipped to build?

The nBrain Managing Partner opportunity is not designed for everyone. It is designed for an experienced professional who already possesses some combination of:

  • CEO and owner-operator relationships
  • Lower-middle-market access
  • A meaningful professional network
  • 10–25+ years of operating or advisory experience
  • Six-figure professional earning history
  • Fractional CXO experience
  • Fortune 500 or major consulting experience
  • Enterprise B2B selling capability
  • Expertise in a regulated industry
  • Strategic problem-solving skills
  • Executive credibility
  • Entrepreneurial ambition
You do not need to know how to build AI agents.
You need to know how to earn a CEO’s trust.

This is probably a fit if…

  • You already know the people you would call first.
  • You understand the business problems inside your market.
  • You enjoy senior-level relationships.
  • You can diagnose before you prescribe.
  • You want to own your next professional chapter.
  • You would rather build a book of relationships than constantly hunt one-off projects.
  • You want leverage beyond your own billable time.
  • You want to bring sophisticated AI delivery into your practice without building the technical organization yourself.

This is probably not a fit if…

  • You are looking for passive ownership.
  • You need nBrain to generate every customer.
  • You are looking for a side hustle.
  • You prefer transactional selling.
  • You do not enjoy executive business development.
  • You want to personally control all technical delivery.
  • You resist operating systems, documentation, CRM discipline or compliance.
The business you are building

A book of business,
not a collection of projects.

A traditional consulting pipeline resets. A book can compound.

One trusted owner relationship may eventually lead to opportunities across:

Operations Revenue Finance Customer experience Compliance Knowledge management Security Data Workflow Succession

As the client’s System of Intelligence expands, your understanding of the organization expands with it. That creates the opportunity for:

  • Fewer relationships.
  • Deeper relationships.
  • Greater strategic relevance.

The objective is not to become the person selling AI projects.
The objective is to become the Managing Partner responsible for helping a portfolio of SMEs continuously improve how intelligence moves through their companies.
What the customer journey can look like

Discover. Build.
Operate. Expand.

  • The next department.
  • The next workflow.
  • The next agent.
  • The next integration.
  • The next operational problem.
One successful relationship can become a long-term intelligence transformation.
Why private AI

Because your clients should
own their intelligence.

Most businesses today are experimenting with AI by subscribing to someone else’s model, copilot or platform. That may be convenient. It is not the same thing as ownership.

When a company builds its operating intelligence entirely inside a frontier-model vendor’s ecosystem, it risks becoming dependent on terms it does not control.

Renting access

Someone else’s terms

  • Pricing can change.
  • Usage policies can change.
  • Data-handling terms can change.
  • Model access can change.
  • Capabilities can be removed.
  • APIs can be deprecated.

A vendor can alter how its service works, what it permits, or what it costs — and the business is left adapting to someone else’s decisions. For an established SME in a regulated industry, that is not a durable intelligence strategy.

Owning the asset

What should remain with the business

  • Its data.
  • Its institutional knowledge.
  • Its custom workflows.
  • Its agents.
  • Its integrations.
  • Its code and repositories.
  • Its permissions.
  • Its operating logic.
  • Its company-specific context.

The real opportunity is not to make a company permanently dependent on one AI provider. It is to help the company build a System of Intelligence it owns.

The frontier model becomes a component.
Not the landlord.
Model-agnostic architecture

Models should be replaceable. Your client’s intelligence shouldn’t be.

Today’s best-performing AI model may not be tomorrow’s. A company should be able to change models as technology, economics, regulation, security requirements or performance changes. That is why nBrain is designed around a model-agnostic architecture.

The objective is to separate the intelligence the company owns from the models it temporarily uses.

If one provider raises prices, changes terms, removes functionality, falls behind technologically or no longer meets the company’s requirements, the business should not have to rebuild its operating intelligence from zero.

  • Change the model.
  • Keep the intelligence.
  • Keep the workflows.
  • Keep the code.
  • Keep the repositories.
  • Keep the operating context.
  • Keep the asset.

Their Intelligence.
Their Asset.
Their Custody.

That is what private AI should mean for an SME: control over the intelligence that makes the business valuable.

Intelligence Under Management™

Go-live is not the finish line. It is the start of the relationship.

A system of intelligence only stays valuable if someone is accountable for keeping it secure, connected, governed, resilient and current. That ongoing operating layer is Intelligence Under Management™ (IUM™).

  • Monitor — keep agents, workflows, integrations and environments healthy
  • Secure — manage permissions, governance, access and operational security
  • Maintain — keep systems, repositories and infrastructure current
  • Optimize — improve models, workflows and infrastructure as technology evolves
  • Protect continuity — backup, recovery, observability and operating resilience
  • Expand — add capability as the customer finds new opportunities
The economic structure of IUM™ — how it is charged, to whom, and how it is treated for royalty purposes — is a provisional business decision under counsel and accounting review. It is disclosed only through the FDD, never on this page.
FranchiseOS

The franchise runs on a system,
not a binder.

nBrain FranchiseOS is the operating system behind the network. Territory, accounts, service levels, training, compliance, quality and every externally communicated fact live in one governed system of record with an event history.

Image placeholder FranchiseOS Command Center — franchise digital twin, territory map, pipeline, health scores 1920 × 1080 · 16:9
Account Ownership

Deal registration engine

Territory alone is insufficient for enterprise B2B. Accounts move through defined states — unclaimed, registered, protected, shared, national, house, conflict review — and every conflict produces a decision record.

Digital Twin

Franchise command center

One canonical record per franchise: entity, agreement, territory, registered accounts, certifications, insurance, pipeline, implementations, support tickets, audits, training and satisfaction.

Truth Layer

Claims and promise governance

Every externally communicated material fact traces back to a master fact, its evidence and its approval status. Automated scans flag unsupported numbers, stale terms and unapproved language.

Field QA

Audit and corrective action

Scheduled audits across sales claims, customer contracting, CRM, security, delivery quality, royalty reporting, brand and training. Major findings require an owner, remediation, evidence and verification.

Capacity Model

Growth gated by delivery

Network growth is constrained by delivery capacity, not franchise-sales demand. No new cohort is awarded if forecast support capacity would breach a promised service level.

Reconciliation

Revenue and contracting controls

Contracting entity, invoicing, receivables, refund authority and revenue recognition are defined per service model, with monthly reconciliation from closed-won through cash received.

Early Warning

Health is measured before it becomes a problem.

Each franchise carries a weighted health score across certification, CRM hygiene, account activity, qualified pipeline, executive meetings, proposals, bookings, implementation health, retention, collections, and training, security and brand compliance.

Predictive triggers — no executive meetings for a defined period, pipeline below threshold, declining activity, missed training, repeated escalations — surface risk early and route it to support rather than to a default notice.

FAQ

Questions experienced
operators ask first.

Is a Managing Partner an employee of nBrain?
No. A Managing Partner is expected to be an independent owner-operator of a franchised business, responsible for developing a market and building and managing customer relationships within the system standards of the franchise.
Do I need an engineering background?
No. The role centers on industry knowledge, executive relationships, strategic discovery and account leadership. What is required is technical fluency — AI literacy, systems literacy, security awareness and a willingness to follow the central architecture rather than improvise your own.
What does the customer actually buy?
A private system of intelligence built around how their business actually operates: discovery and diagnosis, a built and integrated environment, and ongoing managed operation and expansion under Intelligence Under Management™.
Who owns the AI systems that get built?
nBrain’s operating philosophy is that the customer owns its custom code and proprietary system of intelligence, and that customer-controlled repositories and hosting may be used. Definitive ownership, license and assignment terms live in the customer contract and are subject to counsel review.
What is Intelligence Under Management™?
IUM™ is the ongoing operating layer around a customer-owned system of intelligence: monitoring, security, governance, maintenance, optimization, continuity and expansion. Its economic structure is a provisional business decision under counsel and accounting review and is disclosed only in the FDD.
Am I responsible for hiring an engineering team?
No. The model is deliberately built around centralized nBrain technical delivery. Architecture, implementation, security, QA, the approved vendor stack and managed operations stay with nBrain Corporate.
How is my territory protected in an enterprise B2B business?
Geography alone is not enough, so the system also operates a deal-registration and account-ownership engine with defined account states, protection periods, activity requirements and conflict rules. The binding territory and account terms appear in the FDD and Franchise Agreement.
What can you tell me about earnings?
Nothing on this page or in any franchise sales conversation, unless and until a financial performance representation has been approved for use under Item 19 of the FDD and is supported by written substantiation. If someone offers you an unapproved revenue, profit or return figure, that is a compliance failure — please report it.
What is the investment?
Initial fees, continuing fees, required purchases, territory terms and the estimated initial investment are disclosed in the FDD, and business terms remain subject to franchise counsel, CPA and regulator review until the disclosure document is approved and, where required, registered.
Is this a passive investment?
No. This is an active owner-operator role built around executive relationships, market development and account leadership. Passive investors are not a fit.
Can I buy a franchise today?
No. The franchise offering is in pre-launch. nBrain is completing its franchise documentation and the required legal, accounting and regulatory steps. Until those are complete, we can have a conversation and begin qualification, but nothing can be offered or sold.
Who reviews my inquiry?
Danny DeMichele and Cary Johnson review Managing Partner inquiries personally. Expect a conversation before anything formal happens.
